  • Drive App Adoption & Revenue: Own the success metrics for our top-tier integrations, specifically focusing on increasing customer attach rates and driving sourced/assisted revenue.
  • Ecosystem Presence: Enhance Intercom’s visibility and presence within partner marketplaces to ensure we are a preferred and prominent solution in their ecosystems.
  • Co-Selling & Co-Marketing: Lead strategic co-marketing events and partner-led GTM initiatives to generate top-of-funnel pipeline and support enterprise deal cycles.
  • GTM Enablement: Partner with Sales, Success, and Marketing to ensure our teams are equipped to sell the value of our ecosystem and unblock deals through strategic integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key liaison across R&D and GTM teams to align partnership activities with broader company goals, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to changing product priorities.
What skills do I need?
  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Partnerships, Business Development Partnerships or Solutions/Sales Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Technical Depth: You must have a deep product understanding and be comfortable engaging in high-level technical discussions with R&D and engineering teams.
  • GTM Fluency: You have the ability to translate technical features into business value, with a proven track record of driving adoption and revenue through partnerships.
  • Proven Success: You can point to previous "win stories" where your partnership initiatives directly fueled top-of-funnel pipeline and sales success.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate value to disparate audiences, from skeptical engineers to quota-carrying AEs.
  • Ambition & Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are bullish about the AI-first future of customer service.
Bonus skills & attributes
  • Direct experience working with AI-focused products or LLM integrations.
  • A background in "Human-in-the-loop" systems or customer service tech stacks.
  • Strong public speaking or demo skills for partner events and webinars.
