  • Present opportunities to leadership, covering size, risk, competitive dynamics, and execution implications (servicing, legal/compliance, technical builds, revenue/cost, product interactions)

  • Represent OnePay to external partners and lead commercial negotiations

  • Drive partner selection and contract negotiations, working cross-functionally to protect OnePay's interests and set partnerships up for long-term success

You Bring
  • 0-to-1 operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and owns initiatives end-to-end

  • Track record of driving financial results through strategy and/or partnerships

  • Fintech experience and understanding of financial services

  • Experience negotiating and closing large strategic partnership deals

  • Strategy or biz ops background supporting senior leadership decisions

  • Excellent communication and executive presence with senior leaders and partners

  • Strategic mindset, weighing long- and short-term tradeoffs

  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth

  • A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
