Marigold is seeking a program manager to support the Enterprise R&D organization and manage and develop third party technical integration relationships. This position reports to the Product Strategy organization and will own the operational success of our third party tech integrations.
Responsibilities:
Relationship and Program Management

Drive an operational program structure to build and manage our technical partnership strategy and relationships for productized integrations that:

Enhance Marigold technology and/or capabilities
-
May involve a co-marketing and/or revenue element, handled by other functions
-

Establish strong technical relationships with partners to ensure functional elements of the integration are delivered, working with other partner teams and focusing on a prioritized “top partners” list; keep relationships warm and opportunistic

Partner with product management to provide program management for the development & launch of any new integrations

Partner with revenue and marketing teams to manage breadth of strategic partnerships
Integration Strategy

Partner with R&D leaders to help evangelize & execute on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for productized third-party integrations

Meet with Marigold teams regularly to collect market feedback and make strategic recommendations
Existing Integration Management

Facilitate connections between the third party team and the Marigold R&D team to provide efficient technical working relationships.

Staying on top of key integrator and product changes and how they impact our product

Partner with marketing, sales and customer orgs to ensure integrations are working as expected, and to advocate for new integration capabilities to Marigold teams
Operational Excellence

Maintain a database of current third party technical integrators including active customers contracted to or using the integration offering.

Partner with finance to create and maintain a revenue table by partner
Who you are:
-
You bring 5-10+ years’ experience in the marketing technology industry, bringing an informed point-of-view about the marketing technology ecosystem, how marketing technology stacks are integrated and optimized (and how data flows between them), and broader trends in adoption and architecture

An excellent communicator who is skilled at:
-
Building rapport and maintaining relationships, particularly strong in building third party partner relationships and able to balance both a technical and strategic/sales-oriented outlook in relationship-building to Marigold’s benefit

Presenting an educated, informed point-of-view to groups of diverse stakeholders

Have a strong interest in digital marketing technology and the market trends driving its adoption

Autonomous in work ethic with the motivation and focus to work remotely, while coordinating with teams across the world
What we’re looking for:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, marketing/communications or relevant field of study
-
5-10+ years’ experience in the marketing technology industry
-
Experience in building and managing inter-vendor integrations and the ongoing relationships needed to facilitate these partnerships
-
Experience in at least one of Marigold’s areas of offering (digital engagement, marketing automation, messaging, loyalty, personalization, customer data platform) would be an asset

Experience in driving strategic programs towards objectives and working cross-functionally
