The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 is seeking a Product Owner that is focused on supporting our Platform Integrations engineering team by delivering high quality, Core Integration products and features. The Product Owner will work closely with the Sr. Core Integrations Product Owner, adjacent product teams, product managers, the development team, internal & external stakeholders, vendors and support to analyze and define requirements for core integrations and back-end solutions.

You likely wake up each morning with a passion to solve problems through meaningful human interactions, listening intently for needs and requirements, executing to the roadmap set by the Product Manager, fostering collaborative vendor relationships and growing value for all stakeholders involved, including the development team. This position is heavily backend focused, and necessitates technical knowledge of APIs, multi-tenant services and integration layers. The Product Owner will manage solutions into Bank. & Credit Union core systems and normalizing the data into Online Banking.

RESPONSIBILITIES• Align with Product & Delivery leadership to prioritize product backlog. • Define product functionality and write detailed user stories/epics with end-user empathy. • Manage sprints: planning, review, and acceptance of completed work. • Apply Agile methods to encourage disciplined software development and frequent inspection. • Articulate product vision and user stories clearly to teams and clients. • Deliver product acceptance criteria and ensure quality delivery. • Drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and roadmap execution. EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE• Bachelor’s degree; 2–5 years of related experience. • Technical background with backend integrations, APIs, and scalable solutions. • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and process management. • Proven ability to manage complex rollouts with multiple stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence). • Comfortable working across distributed teams

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
