This role is a product owner and an individual contributor position responsible for driving delivery of cybersecurity capabilities that reduce digital risk and enhance threat detection and response. Your objective is to ensure product outcomes align with enterprise cyber defense strategy and risk posture.
In this role, you will serve as a domain expert and thought leader, translating strategic objectives into actionable user stories and ensuring alignment with enterprise cyber defense goals. You will collaborate with engineering, threat intelligence, incident response, and business partners to deliver innovative and proactive cybersecurity solutions.
You'll be a product owner who inspires cross-functional teams, facilitates agile delivery, and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for backlog health, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic priorities.
In this role, you will:
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for cyber threat management capabilities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Accept completed stories and validate against business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, threat intelligence, and incident response teams to align priorities.
  • Track delivery of key results and ensure transparency across teams.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap in partnership with Product Managers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in threat simulation, detection automation, and incident triage workflows.
  • Support the evolution of CSIRT functions and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AgenticAI, Cloud).
  • Communicate effectively across all levels, including senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership or agile delivery roles, in cybersecurity threat management.
  • Strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence, offensive security, pen testing, red teaming, incident response, and detection engineering workflows.
  • Experience with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and human-centered design principles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change in a matrixed environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk ES), threat simulation, and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
  • Background in data science or machine learning applied to threat detection is a plus.
  • Certifications in cyber such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
