What You'll Do:


•Create and configure virtual training products (live webinars and OnDemand courses) in Salesforce and our Learning Management System (LMS), OnCourse Direct.

•Ensure all product details—including descriptions, pricing, scheduling, and continuing education credit information—are accurate and consistent across platforms.

•Partner with cross-functional teams to validate training requirements and compliance standards.

Pre-Event Coordination

•Set up Zoom webinars, including registration pages, panelist invites, polls, and technical settings.

•Gather presentations, bios, and other materials from speakers and ensure branding guidelines are applied.

•Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure accurate promotion and attendee communication.

Branding & Content Management

•Edit PowerPoint decks and other materials to align with company branding and accessibility standards.

•Collaborate with presenters to finalize and polish training content.

•Maintain organized, scalable file systems and naming conventions for all materials.

Post-Event & OnDemand Production

•Convert completed webinars into OnDemand products for ongoing sale and consumption.

•Ensure timely upload and accurate configuration in Salesforce and the LMS.

•Review recordings for quality, coordinate edits with Learning Operations team.

Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting

•Monitor product listings and user experience for accuracy, completeness, and technical performance.

•Proactively identify and resolve issues across Salesforce, LMS, Zoom, or video files.

•Partner with Customer Support and Technical teams to troubleshoot product-related inquiries.

Process Optimization & Innovation

•Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automate repeatable tasks using AI and modern tools.

•Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and scalable workflows that support growth and reduce manual effort.

•Stay up to date on emerging tech and tools that could enhance product operations and learner experience.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in product operations, eLearning, webinar coordination, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and
  • Zoom Webinars is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable experimenting with and implementing AI tools to support operational goals.
  • Experience in the compliance training or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, or other eLearning packaging standards.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles or instructional design best practices.
