At Thatch, we’re on a mission to build a healthcare system people love. We’re taking a unique approach in a legacy space, with backing from some of the world’s top investors (a16z, Google Ventures, General Catalyst) and a team of early employees from companies like Stripe, Rippling, Ramp, Brex, and Shopify.
As the Product Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our product organization, sitting at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, Support, and Go-to-Market. You will own this function from 0 to 1, setting the vision, defining processes, and proving impact across the business, with the opportunity to scale it into a team over time.
We believe great products come from great systems: the right insights at the right time, transparent roadmaps, and launches that just work. You will thrive here if you love building structure in fast-moving environments, excel at distilling signal from noise, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Surface high-signal insights. Design and run user feedback systems that turn internal and external input into actionable, data-backed recommendations for product teams.
- Drive successful product launches and rollouts. Build and scale a low-friction, end-to-end launch framework that enables high-quality product rollouts with clear communication, minimal risk, and strong internal alignment.
- Create roadmap transparency. Maintain accurate, trusted launch calendars and progress updates so GTM and support teams always know what is coming and when.
- Enable cross-functional success. Build documentation, playbooks, and workflows that empower every team to execute confidently on product changes.
- Be a force multiplier. Spot inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and misalignments early and fix them before they slow us down.
- 5+ years in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, consulting, or program management.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous, cross-functional problems from concept to scalable system.
- Experience navigating large datasets (SQL a plus) and turning complexity into clear, concise narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse priorities.
- Comfort switching between strategy (designing the right system) and execution (running it yourself).
- Building product ops in a high-growth startup from the ground up.
- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech, where clarity, trust, and precision matter.
- A track record of designing product feedback loops and launch frameworks that drive measurable results.
