The Product Operations Manager drives alignment between product development teams, providing insights, facilitating product roadmap planning, and ensuring effective communication and training for product launches.

Product Operations Managers partner with product development teams to drive alignment, scale and impact.
You will report to the Director of Product Operations and shape the Product Operations function as the third member of the team. You'll be the connective tissue across product, strategy, and operations, ensuring our teams build the right things, faster, and deliver clear impact. If you thrive on solving complex, ambiguous problems, have a knack for data-driven insights, and are passionate about optimizing how product teams deliver value at scale, this role is for you. This role is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- You will synthesize actionable insights by aggregating and analyzing different sources of feedback. Your analysis will paint a holistic picture of the member experience and provide insights on opportunities.
- You will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to connect insights directly to our roadmap and influence product priorities.
- You will champion our end-to-end product roadmap planning process building clear, transparent views of roadmap decisions, timelines, and results.
- You will lead the creation of a centralized resource product knowledge that will be leveraged across the company, enabling teams to understand what's been built, what's coming, and how to communicate our innovations to members and clients.
- You will develop training for new product capabilities, both before and after launch ensuring operational and go-to-market teams are prepared to support product launches.
- You will equip client-facing teams with timely, actionable information to drive client engagement and growth.
- You will drive content strategy for org-wide ceremonies such as leadership offsites and roadmap sessions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a product development or business operations role adjacent to R&D teams.
- Experience solving problems in a dynamic and results-oriented environment, with a passion for connecting strategy and innovation/design thinking to superior execution.
- Experience solving complex problems and influencing others without direct authority.
- Experience standing up operational cadences and systems, including dashboards, that span entire organizations.
- Experience synthesizing diverse inputs and driving prioritization in a collaborative, data-informed way.
- Experience crafting org-wide content strategies and artifacts; ability to create clarity on complex topics and evolve communication approach based on audience.
- Experience operating autonomously to identify and execute on high ROI efforts, and adeptly adapt to change.
- You have interest in, passion for, or experience building AI products.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: 138,380 - 195,470 + equity + benefits
Zone B: 152,218 - 215,017 + equity + benefits
Zone C: 166,056 - 234,564 + equity + benefits
Zone D: 179,894 - 254,111 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
