As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our go-to-market motion, messaging and positioning of the Roofr products, and revenue enablement. 

What you get to do:

You will work closely with our Product Marketing Manager and Product Managers to bring our cross-platform products to market. You’ll be the voice of our customer, knowing each of our segments like the back of your hand and will craft strategic product launches that meet their needs. You are a messaging expert who can deeply understand audience segmentation and differentiated value. The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative and organized. Attention to detail and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions are integral to the success of this position.

  • Own the positioning and messaging for feature releases and product marketing launches
  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategy including messaging, revenue enablement and the promotion of existing and emerging products
  • Create content (e.g. sales presentations, sales enablement collateral product training videos, website copy, case studies) to articulate the benefits of Roofr
  • Work collaboratively with product, sales, customer success, and customer support stakeholders to create GTM alignment 
  • Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits, and be comfortable presenting internally
  • Assist customer-facing teams with talk tracks and help with communicating competitive differentiation, objection handling, and the Roofr product vision
  • Understand and represent the voice of the customer internally through customer interviews, call analysis and case studies
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
  • Bring innovation and creativity to the role to make the marketing and sales teams more efficient and effective

What you bring to the role:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Specialist
  • 2+ years of experience at a startup in a high-velocity SaaS environment
  • Strong content creation skills across many channels including but not limited to (Blogs, articles, videos, podcasts, etc.)
  • You have outstanding communication skills both written and oral
  • You’re confident speaking in front of the company
  • You’re a creative thinker
  • You enjoy solving complex problems
  • You thrive in a fast-paced team environment with continuous growth

Bonus Points:

  • SMB, construction tech industry, or vertical SaaS Experience a plus
  • Part of the PMA
