This individual-contributor role focuses on writing and maintaining sales enablement content that helps our teams win in the market by clearly communicating StackAdapt’s value. What you'll be doing:

  • Write high-impact success stories and support the intake flow and amplification across Growth, Web, and PR.
  • Develop a white-label collateral library that empowers clients and agencies to pitch StackAdapt effectively to their own customers.
  • Ensure all content reflects our positioning and brand story, helping maintain consistency across touchpoints.
  • Support collateral audits by updating sales content to reflect current features, visuals, and positioning.
  • Create evergreen enablement content including guides, 1-pagers, and overviews to support seasonal and ongoing campaigns.
  • Keep Highspot content clean, organized, and easy for sellers to navigate.
  • Support our AI-powered tools and content workflows to help reps quickly personalize and access approved materials at scale.
  • Work closely with PMMs and other marketers to gather input and ensure everything connects to the broader GTM story.
What you'll bring to the table:
  • 3-4 years in product marketing or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or adtech.
  • A strong writing portfolio that includes success stories or sales collateral with clear impact.
  • A strategic approach to content—you understand how to tailor messaging for different audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Project management skills that help you stay on top of multiple content requests and deadlines without missing a beat.
  • Collaborative and curious—you’re skilled at gathering inputs from across teams and turning them into clear, unified content.
  • Experience with Highspot or enablement tools (or excitement to learn them) to help drive content performance.
  • Interest in AI-assisted tools and enablement technologies, with a focus on accelerating content creation and personalization.
