The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Teachstone, you will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success, owning how our products are positioned, launched, and understood in the market.

You will be responsible for shaping product narratives, leading launches, enabling go-to-market teams, and grounding our strategy in deep customer and market insight. You will work across a portfolio of products, services, and learning solutions, helping ensure that what we build connects clearly to customer needs and business outcomes.

You will become a trusted partner to the Product and Growth teams, and a steward of clarity, consistency, and value across Teachstone’s product ecosystem.

What You’ll OwnProduct Launches & Go-to-Market Execution
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new products, major releases, and bundled offerings
  • Partner closely with Product, Demand Gen, Sales, Partnership Success, and Enablement to align timing, messaging, and activation
  • Translate product capabilities into clear market-ready narratives and launch assets
Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop and maintain value propositions, positioning statements, and messaging frameworks grounded in customer needs and outcomes
  • Ensure consistent, differentiated product messaging across web, campaigns, sales collateral, customer communications, and events
  • Act as the final steward of product language and narrative quality

Customer & Market Insight
  • Build deep understanding of customer segments, use cases, and buying dynamics through interviews, win/loss analysis, and research
  • Monitor competitive landscape and evolving market needs to inform positioning and roadmap conversations
  • Bring customer voice and market evidence into cross-functional decision-making
Sales Enablement
  • Create enablement materials (webpages, sell sheets, video etc.) that help Sales and Customer Success confidently tell the product story
  • Maintain and evolve an internal product catalog that supports clarity, alignment, and consistency across teams
Measurement & Learning
  • Define success metrics for launches and product marketing initiatives
  • Analyze performance and adoption data to inform iteration and future strategy
  • Share learnings and insights to continuously improve GTM effectiveness
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing in a SaaS or technology-enabled environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing value propositions (VP Canvases), messaging frameworks, and positioning; examples required
  • Proven experience launching and growing successful products in close collaboration with growth, product, and other stakeholder teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with structure and follow-through
  • Experience using Asana, HubSpot, WordPress, and Gong AI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; writing samples required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Product Marketing certification
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail
What We Offer:
  • Fair, Competitive Pay:  We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict don’t influence your pay.
  • Salary Range: $82,500 - $100,500 determined by your experience and skills. 
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical/dental, 401(k), PTO, insurance, development opportunities. Details provided at offer. Eligibility depends on your role and employment status.
