We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to craft positioning, launch impactful campaigns, and arm Sales with crisp stories that win. You will translate product capabilities into buyer outcomes, build go-to-market plans, and help more customers discover and love Silktide.
Where you will workYou will spend 3 days per week in our Downtown Austin office, with the remaining days for focused work. We value time together for coaching, collaboration, and learning from one another. You will also collaborate with teammates in the UK, Denmark, Germany, and Australia.
What you will doPositioning and MessagingOwn clear, differentiated messaging for products, personas, and use cases
Turn technical capabilities into simple stories tied to business outcomes
Build GTM plans for releases and major launches with goals, channels, and timelines
Coordinate across Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver smooth, on-time launches
Create decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and demo narratives that help AEs and SDRs win
Train the field on new features, competitive landmines, and objection handling
Maintain up-to-date market maps, competitor briefs, and win-loss insights
Feed customer and market feedback into Product for roadmap decisions
Partner with Growth to deliver high-conversion assets for campaigns and ABM
Produce case studies, solution pages, webinars, and short-form video scripts
Source strong customer stories and references that show measurable outcomes
Support analyst relations and awards submissions where relevant
Track performance of messaging and assets across funnel stages
Use data and feedback loops to improve clarity, conversion, and win rates
You are a resident of Austin, TX (or willing to relocate) and fluent in English
4–7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or a closely related role
Portfolio that shows crisp messaging, launch execution, and sales enablement
Comfortable collaborating with Product, Sales, and Growth to ship on time
Strong writer and editor with a bias for clarity and plain language
Confident presenting to customers and internal teams
Organized and proactive. You manage timelines and communicate clearly
Base salary: $90,000 - 120,000
