The Product Marketing Manager at Anzen will develop strategies to enhance the digital tools for retail brokers and improve the wholesale insurance market.
About Anzen
Anzen is rebuilding the wholesale insurance market from the ground up with AI. We specialize in specialty, executive, and casualty liability—complex products long underserved by technology. Our team brings deep experience in enterprise software, underwriting, and distribution.
Retail brokers across the U.S. rely on wholesale partners to place their toughest risks. Anzen is becoming their go-to—replacing phone calls, PDFs, and spreadsheets with real-time data, automation, and modern digital tools.
But wholesale is just the beginning. We’re expanding our platform to give retail brokers direct access to markets, insights, and tools that fundamentally change how they sell, quote, and underwrite. We’re not just streamlining transactions—we’re building the system brokers will rely on to run their business.
About the role
Anzen is looking for a sharp, creative Product Marketing Manager to shape how brokers experience the future of insurance. You’ll own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and enablement for a next-gen AI platform—and work across product, sales, design, and leadership to bring it all to life.
This role is perfect for a builder who loves turning complexity into clarity. You’ll craft narratives, launch features, and develop tools that help brokers move faster and sell smarter. If you’re a strong writer with a strategic mind and startup energy, this one’s for you. This position can be based in San Francisco or Remote.
Anzen is at a pivotal moment—backed by top investors and rolling out a powerful AI platform for one of the largest markets in the world. You’ll play a key role in how we tell our story and win the market.
What you’ll do
- Go-to-Market execution:
- Partner with product, sales, and partnerships to run smooth, strategic launches
- Translate buyer insights into sharp, segment-specific messaging and positioning
- Create high-impact assets: landing pages, videos, decks, emails, and more
- Turn internal feedback and roadmap updates into external campaigns that convert
- Sales enablement:
- Build tools that help brokers win: talk tracks, battle cards, objection handling, and more
- Keep the team aligned with updated messaging, competitive insights, and training content
- Content & messaging:
- Lead the voice of the platform across web, email, video, and sales collateral
- Own the full narrative arc—from high-level story to detailed product copy
- Coordinate with design and agency partners to bring assets to life and drive adoption
- Market intelligence:
- Track competitors, broker feedback, and market trends
- Feed insights back into product, sales, and GTM for sharper positioning and faster iteration
What you bring
- 3–5 years in B2B product marketing at a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech company
- Proven experience launching technical products and driving measurable GTM outcomes
- Strong writing skills—from value props and headlines to long-form narrative
- Ability to turn research (personas, journeys, feedback) into action
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and external partners
- Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or other CRM and marketing automation tools
Why this role matters
You’ll help define how a $1T+ industry transitions into the AI era—bringing clarity, trust, and speed to a space that’s long been stuck in PDFs and spreadsheets. You’ll be the voice that brokers trust and the strategy that powers every launch.
