As a Product Marketing Manager on our Sales, Service, or Marketing Hub PMM teams, you’ll be responsible for supporting go-to-market planning/execution, sales/CS enablement, release marketing, and other product marketing initiatives for one of our core product lines. You’ll help drive marketing innovation, showcase customer value through compelling storytelling, and build momentum across teams. In this highly cross-functional role, you partner with teams like product, sales, customer service, creative, and the broader marketing team to deliver key campaigns.
We're looking for an experienced product marketer who's focused on upskilling themselves with AI and PMM best practices — a driver with a strong owner's mindset and demonstrated ability to exceed expectations while managing multiple priorities. A storyteller who can simplify complex features into clear, compelling narratives by empathizing and understanding our customers. And an AI enthusiast who already leverages AI tools in their daily workflow and is excited about the possibilities of AI-powered marketing innovation.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, including positioning, value propositions, and messaging
- Work with a team of product leaders, sales leaders, market researchers, product marketers, competitive analysts, and creatives to inform and execute on product strategy
- Create compelling content across multiple formats (written, video, presentations) and tell customer and product stories across all marketing channels
- Enable the sales team with world-class internal and external content (demos, decks, comparisons) that demonstrates the power of our products.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives through influence and collaboration, building relationships with senior internal and external personnel
We are looking for people who:
- 2-5 years in marketing with a track record of ideating and executing innovative, impactful go-to-market tactics and launching products.
- History and track record of supporting product launch materials across the marketing funnel, including enablement.
- Strong storytelling abilities with a customer-centric perspective - able to simplify complex features into clear, compelling narratives
- Manage complexity well while staying adaptable to changing priorities
- Data-driven decision-making with a strong analytical mindset and a strategic approach
- Great project management skills, including compelling written and verbal communication and strong presentation capabilities
- Owner's mindset with high personal accountability - able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or support
- Tangible experience using AI in the context of a marketing role
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
