About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and amplifying the value of Agility Robotics' hardware and software solutions in the U.S. market. This role leads cross-functional efforts to craft compelling product narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. With a deep understanding of U.S. buyer behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, the Product Marketing Manager ensures our messaging resonates with domestic target audiences and aligns with broader commercial goals. This role works closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, content, and tools that fuel growth and differentiate Agility Robotics in the competitive landscape.


About the Work

  • Value Proposition & Positioning: Help define the unique value proposition of our hardware and software, focusing on how they solve customer problems. Determine our solution/platform's place in the market, analyzing our competitive landscape and differentiators.
  • Messaging & Narrative: Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience across different channels. Craft the product's narrative and key messages to connect with customers on an emotional level.
  • Competitive Analysis: Create and maintain competitive analyses and "battle cards" to equip the sales team.
  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources (surveys, interviews, sales teams, etc.) to inform product development and marketing efforts. Produce Win/Loss Analysis Reports to provide insights into successful and unsuccessful deals to inform sales strategy.
  • Product Launches: Assist in planning and executing successful product launches, coordinating with various teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales). Determine the most effective channels to reach the target audience.
  • Pricing Models: Collaborate with product and finance teams on pricing models.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge, tools, and content to effectively sell the product.
  • Buyer/User Personas: Develop detailed buyer and user personas to deeply understand the target audience, their pain points, motivations, and buying behaviors.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers.
  • Content Creation: Develop various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, presentations, videos, and more.


About You

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, U.S. focused a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Masters Degree preferred. Field of study that includes engineering, robotics or a similar focus is desired
  • Proven ability to define product value propositions and messaging.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content across various formats.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer feedback and market data.
  • Experience in sales enablement and equipping sales teams.
  • Familiarity with buyer persona development.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Background in relevant industry, e.g., robotics, automation, manufacturing preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10–15% of the time for client meetings, team events, or industry conferences.
