About The Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between Jasper’s product, sales, and marketing efforts—driving the strategy, messaging, enablement, and launches that bring our product to life for customers. This is a full-stack PMM role spanning positioning, customer insights, launch strategy, competitive differentiation, and sales support. You’ll shape narratives that resonate with marketing leaders, ensure our GTM motions are crisp and aligned, and serve as a strategic partner to Product and Sales.
This fully remote role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What you will do at Jasper

Positioning and Messaging: Own the development of clear, differentiated messaging that maps to customer pain points and articulates Jasper’s value across use cases and industries.

Product Launches: Lead end-to-end GTM planning for new features and product lines—working closely with Product, Revenue, and Marketing to drive successful adoption.

Competitive and Market Intelligence: Own competitive analysis, create positioning and messaging to differentiate Jasper, and develop an AR strategy to raise visibility.

Sales Enablement: Translate product value into sales tools (decks, FAQs, one-pagers, demo flows) and partner with Enablement to train revenue teams.

Customer Insights: Partner with CX, Sales, and Product to gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and proof points to inform messaging and roadmap priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to Product and GTM teams, ensuring alignment from roadmap through revenue.
What you will bring to Jasper

5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or AI, with a proven track record in messaging, positioning, and cross-functional leadership.

Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

Experience owning product launches and collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to execute GTM strategy.

High business acumen and ability to use customer and market insights to influence product strategy and adoption.

Familiarity with PLG and enterprise sales motions; able to flex between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Compensation Range
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
