JOB SUMMARY: The Product Marketing Manager (Claims Intelligence Solutions) is responsible for driving demand for the assigned portfolio of solutions. This position is responsible for understanding the market and buyers, developing the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans, crafting differentiating messaging, and producing related deliverables for the Sales, Marketing and Product organizations at MultiPlan. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, must have demonstrated excellent leadership, collaboration, and business acumen and must have a broad understanding of the overall marketing function.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Acquire and apply market, competitive, and customer insights to inform marketing plans and provide insights to help guide the solution roadmap and strategy.
2. Craft value propositions and go-to-market messages with clearly defined differentiators.
3. Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, outside vendors and other team members
4. Deliver a market point of view with a cross-functional team that articulates the MultiPlan perspective on potential opportunities.
5. Design robust product launches/re-launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
6. Work collaboratively with other functions across MultiPlan to create a go-to-market strategy, messaging, content and campaign plan to drive demand and lead generation activities.
7. Work with marketing team members to create impactful marketing resources, including case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, FAQs, blog posts, sales presentation decks, etc.
8. Work with sales team members and other internal stakeholders to provide training on value propositions and product positioning.
9. Track feedback and monitor industry trends to ensure campaign relevancy, measure performance and adjust marketing accordingly.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
 
JOB SCOPE: This role works under general supervision with latitude and discretion to make choices within standard parameters as well as to assess and recommend alternatives in absence of such parameters. The incumbent possesses and applies a general range of knowledge of practices and procedures within the field to complete job responsibilities. Work is varied. The incumbent has latitude to review decisions and actions of less experienced staff to ensure accuracy in work outputs due to the impacts to revenues and company image.
Preferred Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* 3-5 years of healthcare IT or other healthcare industry product marketing experience;
direct experience with health insurance companies preferred.
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
* Proven experience creating innovative, high impact go-to-market strategies.
* Exceptional knowledge of sales, marketing and development processes.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent people skills, including effective presentation skills.
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressures and deadlines to complete assigned tasks.
* Ability to effectively manage relationships in a dynamic marketing organization and work well in cross-functional teams.
* Project leadership and time management experience required
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $110-130K.  Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
