Product Marketing Manager - High Voltage (GIS)

The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy and take the lead in driving regional implementation of global product strategies for switchgear across the Americas. In this role, you’ll define positioning and messaging, execute go-to-market plans, and deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen our market presence. You’ll collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement regional marketing and sales strategies aligned with global objectives.

  • Define product line targets and monitor performance to achieve goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide pricing and positioning.

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, and technical events.

  • Support sales and tendering teams with competitive quotations and tools.

  • Collaborate with engineering and supply chain for product availability and cost optimization.

  • Provide training and resources to enable sales success.

  • Promote innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric initiatives.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience (10–12 years preferred).

  • Experience in the electrical sector; GIS/breaker business development is a plus.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable delivering technical presentations to large groups.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more.
