As the Product Marketing Manager for Driver Safety at Motive, you will support the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for our AI-powered safety products. You will help bring new features to market, build competitive insights, and equip Sales with tools that clearly communicate Motive’s safety value. This role works closely with product management, sales, enablement, creative, and other cross-functional partners to drive awareness, adoption, and customer value.
What You'll Do:
- Support end-to-end product launches, including GTM planning, messaging updates, training materials, and ongoing readiness.
- Conduct customer research and track post-launch KPIs to understand feature performance, refine messaging, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop safety marketing assets such as slides, one-pagers, demo flows, customer stories, and feature deep dives.
- Maintain competitive intelligence for key safety and telematics competitors, translating insights into clear guidance for Sales, Product, and leadership.
- Contribute to demo tours by building talk tracks, demos, and supporting materials that showcase Motive’s safety capabilities.
- Partner with Product Managers, Sales Enablement, and marketing teams to align on priorities, inform roadmap discussions, and ensure GTM execution is coordinated across teams.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, preferably within tech or SaaS, with a strong ability to translate technical concepts into simple customer benefits.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and creating structure in fast-moving environments.
- Strong project management skills, including cross-functional coordination and clear communication.
- Ability to conduct research, synthesize insights, and support competitive and market analysis.
- Clear, concise communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
