As a Product Marketing Manager in the Developer Solutions team, you'll focus on awareness, adoption, and advocacy of Atlassian's developer-focused products and capabilities, such as Jira Software, Bitbucket, and Rovo Dev AI agents. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing, Developer Solutions.
You'll be the go-to expert on bringing our story to life through developer-focused events, both owned and third-party. From major conferences to hands-on workshops, your job is to ensure our presence and Atlassian branding resonates with technical audiences in authentic, creative, and scalable ways.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $131,400 - $171,550
Zone B: $118,800 - $155,100
Zone C: $109,800 - $143,350
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Develop the event strategy for developer-focused marketing-across Atlassian-hosted events (e.g. TEAM), third-party conferences (e.g., GitHub Universe, KubeCon), and community-led meetups.
- Partner with Product, Evangelism, and Customer Lifecycle Marketing to align event messaging with product launches and business goals.
- Craft compelling narratives and technical content for events, including session briefs, demos, presentations, and partner engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to highlight use cases, customer stories, and developer workflows.
- Work with Field Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales Enablement to grow the impact of event-driven marketing.
Your background:
- 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- Strategize and create messaging and customer-facing content (presentations, demo scripting, web copy)
- Experience with developer tools, communities, and creating authentic experiences
- Experience engaging developer audiences through storytelling, content, and live/virtual experiences.
- Be passionate, with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions
- Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and partners across marketing, product, sales, and more
