Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager of card products for Consumer Financial Solutions (CFS), the Product Marketing Manager, CFS will play a key role in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategy, product launches, campaigns, user experience optimizations and more to grow revenue and deliver the best user experiences across our card products.

How You Will Make an Impact:You will be encouraged to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the inception of a product idea to the creation of launch plans, you will help drive both the why and the how. You are a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly-changing environment. You are a storyteller who uses data to inform your product marketing strategies. You are collaborative and enjoy working with stakeholders from across the business.
GTM Strategy & Launch – Support the launch of new features, capabilities and big bet products in a growing portfolio with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketers and salespeople. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used across every customer touchpoint from the top of the funnel through to sales, success & support. Ensure executional excellence across teams for effective and on-brief launches.
Product Health – Support the measurement and evaluation of post-launch products to hunt for friction and identify product, marketing, and commercial opportunities to drive adoption and engagement. Create alignment with cross functional partners to drive action and accountability against these opportunities
Sales and Client Enablement – Partner closely with the Enablement teams to help salespeople sell more effectively and client success managers grow portfolios more effectively. Own feedback loops from these stakeholders to improve the efficacy of our enablement strategies
4+ years of Product Marketing or Management Consulting experience
Proven success leading the end-to-end launch of a new product, from inception to steady-state
Experience in consumer debit and credit cards, including optimizing rewards programs and spending incentives in the competitive card market (bonus: experience working with secured credit products)
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Experience using data to drive decision making
Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
