We are looking to hire someone with product marketing expertise, strong competitive intelligence and data analysis skills.

We're seeking a data-driven Product Marketing Manager who excels at translating competitive intelligence into actionable insights that drive strategic positioning and go-to-market success. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills to conduct comprehensive competitive mapping, SWOT analyses, and win/loss reviews while effectively communicating market trends and recommendations back into the organization to improve competitive positioning, differentiation, and roadmap priorities.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in product marketing, ideally at a fintech company or financial services firm.
  • Experience conducting deep competitive research and producing regular reports to inform GTM and product strategy.
  • Plus: Experience targeting or working with analysts, managers, and executives at asset management firms, hedge funds, PE firms, and investment banks.
  • Strong message development skills, excellent writer, and communicator (written and verbal).
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials, and supporting sales & marketing content.
  • Demonstrable understanding of marketing concepts, metrics, and tools.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to identify market opportunity areas and test campaign ideas.
  • Strong project manager with the ability to conceive and manage programs and projects across cross-functional teams within an organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive battlecards that equip sales teams with actionable intelligence on competitor strengths, weaknesses, and effective counter-positioning strategies.
  • Conduct quarterly win/loss analysis interviews with customers and prospects to identify key decision factors, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations for product enhancements and messaging refinements.
  • Create and present competitive landscape reports to leadership, highlighting market shifts, emerging threats, and strategic opportunities with data-backed insights and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with product management to identify competitive gaps and opportunities, ensuring these insights are incorporated into roadmap planning and feature prioritization discussions.
  • Effectively measure, optimize and communicate results of initiatives.
  • Project manage and collaborate to execute on deliverables including timelines, ROI/results, and changes/improvements.
