The Product Marketing Campaign Manager will execute and manage marketing campaigns that support our payments and platform initiatives, with a strong focus on Pardot campaign management, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires both technical marketing expertise and strong interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholder relationships across our expanding SaaS portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for email marketing, automation, campaign coordination, and performance optimization, ensuring marketing efforts are scalable, targeted, and aligned with business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Pardot Campaign Management - Build, manage, and optimize Pardot campaigns, including email marketing, automation workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting.

  • Content Creation - Develop compelling marketing content for email campaigns, product updates, promotional messaging, and sales enablement materials.

  • Campaign Coordination & Execution - Lead and execute marketing programs that span multiple business units, teams, and partners, ensuring strategic alignment with Product, Sales, and other stakeholders.

  • Email Marketing Execution - Create, test, and send email campaigns, ensuring strong engagement and conversion metrics.

  • Scalability & Marketing Campaign Process Management - Improve workflows, campaign execution, and performance tracking as our marketing operations expand.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on Pardot Expertise - Strong campaign creation, automation, segmentation, and reporting skills.

  • Strong content creation abilities - Capable of crafting clear, compelling product messaging, email copy, and marketing assets.

  • Marketing operations & campaign coordination expertise - Ability to plan, manage, and execute cross-functional marketing programs.

  • B2B product marketing experience - Or a strong interest in growing into this function.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills - Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset - Comfortable tracking performance and optimizing campaigns for better results.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - Able to build trust, collaborate with stakeholders across the portfolio, and navigate different team dynamics with confidence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on marketing campaign management, email marketing, and content creation.

  • Pardot expertise (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including automation workflows, segmentation, email execution, and reporting.

  • Content creation skills, with experience developing email campaigns, messaging, and marketing assets for a B2B audience.

  • Proven experience managing and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and make data-driven optimizations.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.

  • The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, GA for this role.
