You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teammates, gaining broad exposure to how SaaS product marketing operates. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales who is eager to grow into a well-rounded product marketer.

At YCharts, we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations, including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the base salary range for this role is $55,000-$72,000 USD, and the Total Cash Compensation range is $60,000-$80,000 USD inclusive of bonuses. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product launches by creating customer-facing communications such as emails, in-app announcements, blog posts, press releases, and social posts.
- Maintain and improve sales enablement resources, including Messaging Guides, FAQs, and product collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market activities and ensure consistent messaging.
- Contribute to storytelling by gathering customer feedback, use cases, and market insights, including input from the YCharts Beta Program.
- Conduct competitive research and help translate findings into positioning and messaging.
- Provide support for day-to-day updates and requests from Sales and Customer Success, escalating larger projects as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer success (B2B SaaS or fintech experience is a plus).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable learning and using marketing tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Experience with YCharts or financial services is a strong advantage.
