The Product Marketer 2 Develops, directs, and executes the go-to-market approach for a significant product or product category. The Product Marketer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Product Marketer 2 works with a large group of multi-disciplined teams of internal and external partners to ensure all aspects of new and updated insurance products are brought to market.
- Contributes to the product value proposition and aligns the product positioning and messaging strategy to target the intended consumer
- Works with Implementation team, Product Managers, Actuarial and Strategy stakeholders to establish product launch and adoption strategies, including product direction, sales channels, branding, advertising, pricing, and future product development
- Assesses product launches, advises on how to redirect campaigns, and recommends ways to improve initiatives
- Follows established guidelines and ensures quality standards are met and documented.
- Understands own work area professional concepts, standards, regulations, and strategies, including their links to related areas
- Makes independent decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of business analysis experience including problem solving, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - expert in spreadsheet management
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- Demonstrated process engineering skills with an eye toward quality and year-over-year improvement planning
- Familiarity with Insurance products and business practices, Medicare and Specialty (Dental, Vision, MSB, OSB)
- Outstanding project management skills
- Experience collaborating and influencing across a diverse set of stakeholders and partners
- Demonstrated ability to show meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, written and verbal, with leaders of various levels of the organization
- Strong personal time management skills
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar
- Medicaid knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with insurance industry sales channels, telesales, D2C, aggregators, independent and captive agents, etc.
- Experience launching new and upgraded products via integrated go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity of working with Scaled Agile teams, personal experience/certifications as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager
- Consulting background or demonstrated ability to manage Client and Partner relationships
- Data analysis skills
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$71,100 - $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
