Position Summary
The Product Manager is passionate about building products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value. They own the product lifecycle—from discovery to launch—and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to bring innovative solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Deeply understand Onit’s core products – ELM, CLM and more.
Stay informed on legal operations trends (e.g., AI-powered invoice review, automation of legal workflows)
Translate domain insights into product vision and enhancements that drive measurable value (e.g., reducing invoice errors, accelerating contract cycles).
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to company goals.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements and user stories.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, resources, and alignment with strategy.
Manage the product backlog and work with Engineering to deliver high-quality releases.
Partner with Design to deliver intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategies.
Act as the product evangelist internally and externally, building excitement and understanding.
Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
Analyze product performance and customer usage data to drive continuous improvement.
Define success metrics for products and features.
Track performance against KPIs and use insights to refine roadmap priorities.

Required Skills:
2–4 years of product management experience in SaaS, technology, or related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to inform decisions.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Experience working with Agile or similar product development methodologies.
Proven ability to deliver products from concept to launch.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and globally distributed team environment.
Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).
Exposure to global markets and an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
Experience working in or around the Legal space
