Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to manage a portfolio of specialty pump products across the full product lifecycle. This role defines product roadmaps, evaluates product performance, and drives data informed decisions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. The Product Manager partners with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams to support effective execution across product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Market Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and portfolio priorities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Synthesize voice‑of‑customer input, field feedback, and performance data to guide product priorities and improvements.
New Product Development & Lifecycle Execution
- Drive and prioritize product requirements, business rationale, and commercial inputs for new product development.
- Partner with Engineering and Project teams to translate product requirements into executable development plans.
- Own new product launches, including documentation, sales enablement inputs, and post‑launch performance monitoring.
Portfolio & Lifecycle Management
- Own product lifecycle management activities, including enhancements, rationalization, and phase‑out planning.
- Monitor and assess portfolio health using sales, margin, inventory, quality, and customer metrics.
- Recommend actions to optimize portfolio performance and customer value, including investment, maintenance, or end‑of‑life decisions.
- Maintain accurate product master data, specifications, and lifecycle status across systems.
Commercial & Compliance
- Drive pricing decisions by providing product analysis and commercial inputs aligned with product strategy.
- Support commercial planning activities through contributing product inputs to forecasting and performance reviews.
- Act as a product subject matter expert and support internal and external product training and enablement.
- Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory and quality standards in partnership with Quality and Compliance teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical commercial roles.
- Experience independently managing products or defined portions of a product portfolio across the product lifecycle.
- Ability to use customer, market, and performance data to support prioritization and trade‑off decisions.
- Experience supporting pricing analysis, forecasting, and portfolio performance reviews.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel required, including customer visits, field ride‑alongs, internal collaboration, and support for product launches, training, and key commercial activities.

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
