What you'll do:

At Jackrabbit Technologies, we’re building powerful SaaS solutions that help youth activity centers run smarter, grow faster, and focus on what matters. As a Product Manager, you’ll design, build and optimize mission-critical applications in a collaborative, agile environment.

  • Contributes inputs (customer insights, data, competitor scans) that inform the Product Owner’s strategy.
  • Owns items in the product backlog; prepares refining inputs, estimates impact, flags dependencies, and keeps status up to date.
  • Leads problem definition and research plans, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests; synthesizes findings into clear problem statements.
  • Shepherds features through design, development, QA/UAT, release notes, and post‑launch follow‑up with a user-centric design mindset.
  • Elevate Design Collaboration: Leads Product Developers through reviewing and refining UI/UX designs providing constructive, user-centric feedback to ensure compliance with usability, design system, and accessibility standards throughout the development lifecycle.

What You Bring:

Core Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–7 years of experience contributing to the development of web applications or business applications
  • Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria, understanding customer needs, and converting them into requirements.
  • Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data (from usability tests, A/B tests, and analytics) into specific, actionable UI/UX design and development requirements.
  • User-focused with the ability to empathize and advocate for their needs.
  • Familiarity with design principles and artifacts, including proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows from industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Ability to travel up to 25%; some weekend travel is required for team meetings, trade shows, or conferences.
