What You'll Do
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs.
- Identify and articulate problem statements to guide research initiatives, enhancing decision-making and understanding.
- Create business cases to support feature or product enhancements or new product concepts.
- Present business cases to Product leadership to gather feedback and buy-in.
- Ensure the delivery of features creates a connected customer journey and value realization.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, driving collaboration and execution.
- Track progress towards milestones, identify roadblocks, and recommend solutions.
- Participate in user research and testing to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and pain points.
- Communicate user needs cross-functionally to align with feature and product prioritization.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to communicate feature-specific and product-value propositions effectively.
- Foster collaboration with key stakeholders, including Software Development, User Experience, Customer Experience, Customers, and Product Leadership, ensuring alignment and shared objectives.

Your experience may include:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and quantitative skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in managing high-value projects while balancing competing priorities and constraints.
- A deep understanding and practical application of product management methodologies and best practices.
- A technology and design-savvy mindset with expertise in agile development processes.
- Proven experience in leveraging customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform product strategies, coupled with a growing understanding of the competitive market landscape.
- Strong project conceptualization, management, and prioritization abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience in fostering collaboration and teamwork, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- A background working for enterprise SaaS organizations
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, strategies, or applications
- Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance and Applied products is a plus
