We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a highly talented and driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team. You'll be the driving leader connecting customer needs with business efficiency, delivering modern digital products that create value for our customers and employees.

You Are:

Strategic. You develop and execute product strategies rooted in market and customer insights.

  • Collaborative. You work effectively with technical and business teams to bring ideas to life.

You will:

Customer Discovery & Product Definition

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Actively engage with both external and internal customers through interviews, site visits, and data analysis to deeply understand their problems, identify pain points, and gather continuous feedback.

  • Define and Specify: Translate the strategic product vision and customer needs into clear, executable user stories and define the associated acceptance criteria.

Execution & Development Leadership

  • Own the Backlog: Maintain the product backlog, ensuring it accurately reflects business priority, as well as new ideas and customer feedback.

  • Prioritize and Plan: Prioritize work into sprints to deliver features as aligned with the overall product roadmap. Set direction and lead development team to accomplish sprint goals and deliver high-quality product features.

  • Technical Partnership: Work closely with the Engineering and Platform team to align on technical solutions and best practices for continuous delivery.

  • Design Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with UI/UX designers to improve the product's usability and overall user experience as applicable.

Product Quality & Releases

  • Validate Delivery: Validate that acceptance criteria are met before launch, ensuring that the delivered working software achieves the defined business objectives.

  • Manage Releases: Plan product releases and execute effective communication to stakeholders and end-users to ensure a flawless rollout of product enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

  • A genuine passion for building impactful technology products.

  • Strong communication and empathy to conduct effective customer discovery.

  • The ability to see the big picture, while executing with exceptional attention to detail 

  • Proven experience in a role focused on product delivery, backlog management, and leading software development cycles.

  • A growth mindset for emerging technologies, specifically an enthusiasm for embracing and leveraging AI tools across product discovery, documentation, data analysis and prototyping.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • A minimum of 5+ years of total experience in the software development lifecycle, with at least 3 years as a dedicated Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.

  • Demonstrated success defining, developing, and launching excellent product features for web and/or mobile applications.

  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum

  • Customer-Focused Problem Solver: Possesses strong analytical and creative skills, with a deep ability to comprehend the business context and market problems driving product development.

  • Strategic Leadership: Possesses strong leadership and influencing skills to drive outcomes across cross-functional teams without formal authority, successfully rallying teams toward common product objectives.

  • Collaboration & Negotiation: Proven skills in collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution within a dynamic team environment.

  • Executive Communication: Excellent communication skills required to effectively interact with customers, technical individuals, business partners, and executives at all organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Sheets, Excel, Slides or  PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with remote and/or offshore development teams is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management and/or web analytics platforms are a plus

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
