ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap (6–12-month horizon) aligned to business strategy and goals
  • Lead discovery, quarterly roadmap revision, and PI planning to ensure value delivery
  • Capture and prioritize user stories, manage backlog, and oversee sprint planning for complex products
  • Act as liaison between delivery teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of requirements and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate across product teams to manage dependencies and risks in complex IT/business environments
  • Drive demos, feedback loops, and continuous improvement for net new development, enhancements, and innovation
  • Interface with leadership, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to balance interests and maximize business value
  • Supervise agile delivery teams, ensuring effective prioritization, sprint execution, and performance management
  • Champion adoption of secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • 8+ years leading Agile teams
  • Product Owner/Product Manager experience in DHHS/CMS or healthcare preferred
  • Strong product management skills: vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and decision-making
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure)
  • Technical knowledge in web/portal development, AWS, automation, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and security concepts
  • Strong understanding of user experience and application design
  • Must obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance; lived in U.S. 3 of past 5 years

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • CMS Marketplace eligibility and appeals exposure
  • Contact center operations
  • Case management workflows
  • Customer correspondence design

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher)
