Every year, hundreds of thousands of businesses shut down, yet the process remains messy, expensive, and underserved. At SimpleClosure, our mission is to make business shutdowns seamless, compliant, and stress free, because closing a company shouldn’t feel harder than starting one.
We recently raised our $15 million Series A and were named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025. Backed by top investors and trusted by hundreds of startups, we’re rapidly establishing ourselves as the technology leader in this space. Join us and make an outsized impact as we create innovative solutions for businesses, their teams, and their stakeholders.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s excited to help shape our product as we build out the category-defining platform for business closures. You’ll help drive projects forward, support the product development lifecycle, and contribute meaningfully to our roadmap as we scale.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of product experience who’s eager to take on more ownership and grow alongside a high-impact, mission-driven team.
