McKesson’s Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services (PSaS) division is at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare. As part of the Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) organization, the Digital Product Management (DPM) team is responsible for delivering intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences that empower pharmacies and healthcare providers.
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead digital product management for B2B Retail Solutions portal in the Managed Care Solutions space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and customer experience—and is passionate about building solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, mission, and strategic plan aligned with industry insights to ensure product-market fit.

  • Continuously validate product strategy, evaluate product lifecycle stages, and plan for end-of-life transitions, including scorecard and roadmap refreshes.

  • Monitor product outcomes post-launch, analyze performance against KPIs, and update roadmaps based on insights and evolving needs.

  • Define and maintain product roadmaps with clear priorities, success metrics, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting release and sprint planning activities.

  • Establish customer and user feedback loops to inform ideation of new experiences, features, and functions, incorporating UX research findings.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality and readiness for release.

  • Partner with PSAO and managed care teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational workflows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across PSaS, CSI, and DPM to define product roadmaps and deliver on strategic goals.

  • Analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Support release planning, demos, and stakeholder communications for product initiatives.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, including pharmacy operations, managed care, or PSAO models.

  • Experience working with Agile development teams

  • Ability to manage complex product portfolios and deliver results in a matrixed organization.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent a plus).

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with pharmacy portals, payer-provider integrations, or healthcare compliance.

  • Exposure to B2B portal strategies and customer-centric design principles.

  • Experience supporting release planning and roadmap execution in a regulated environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$96,100 - $160,100
