The Product Manager will lead IT projects, guide technical teams, define product strategies, and manage customer payment solutions while collaborating across teams.

DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Lead product development strategy and develop insights and recommendations through customer segmentation, price discovery, testing, experimentation, and ROI analysis. Plan a technical and feature roadmap for the product, including meeting the needs of increased functionality and improved experience, keeping in mind the scale and growth of the customer base and align and partner with the payment network consortium of 1700 banks. Work cross- functionally and cross-team to understand needs, challenges and workflows for peer to peer consumer payments, small business payments and commercial middle market payments needs. Work with the engineering team to plan sprints, write user stories, and test product features, and manage releases of product features. Prepare executive-level presentations on product strategy, roadmap, execution, and go-to- market plans. Conduct a wide range of activities spanning demand management, backlog prioritization, business process design, application design, data management & analytics, solutions. Bridge the technical and business sides of projects, including the desire to lead through collaboration. Responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing world-class talent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Technology and Management, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, IT Consultant, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Management, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, IT Consultant, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires 3 years of experience with the following: analyzing and gathering requirements; working closely with business team to define scope and prioritize functionality; involvement in conducting or leading JAD sessions; designing and developing business applications using Java, HTML, PL/SQL, and XML; iteration planning, story estimation, daily stand-up meetings, demos, and retrospective sessions; translating business requirements into executable requirements that drive development automated tests. This position requires 1 year of experience with the following: Oracle; PRISM; Toad; Eclipse; JSON; creating Epics and User Stories in Jira, Rally, and TDP, to review with Business and technical teams; Small Business banking and Commercial Payments; creating initiative status reports using MS excel and Power point to share; using Adobe Analytics to pull user behavioral data to track the performance of a new feature/feature improvements.
