And here’s what that entails: 

  • Establishing the product vision and strategy mainly for your product area: activation up to 15 day retention and virality and network effects (but not exclusively).
  • Building alignment on the vision across leadership team.
  • Contributing to the overall product vision and working on outlining the roadmap in collaboration with the Product Director.
  • Circulating the vision and making sure that it holds true to the different stakeholders (in terms of goals, priorities, deadlines, quality, etc). 
  • Deliver on the vision by describing  each retained functionality in the form of properly documented User Stories, and joining them with the acceptance criteria essential for it to be fully understood by the team.
  • Allocating and planning delivery according to the team’s development capacity. 
  • Performing qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas.
  • Maintaining the product backlog in accordance with WeWard’s priorities.
  • Independently perform A/B testing experiments on features and functionalities, analyze performance and communicate via reporting (KPIs). 
  • Taking the reins of bug tracking and ensuring that they do not affect delivery.
  • Challenging both functional and/or technical solutions.
  • Organizing demonstrations for new or key functionalities.
  • Guaranteeing agile and dynamic workflow and continuous improvement within the team.

Recruitment Process

  • First calls with HR Manager / David, our Product Director -> You will talk about your expectations and experiences and they introduce WeWard to you.
  • A case study followed by a 1-hour debrief with David and two members of the team
