About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Product Manager to join our Commerce Product team based in Palo Alto, CA. As a Product Manager, you will drive growth, volume and retention for our growing service. You will be supporting new and existing partners, expanding our current offerings and ensuring high delivery speed and reliability. The ideal candidate has experience launching complex operational and commercial products, has the ability to rapidly simplify complex topics, and works effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team.  


What You’ll Do: 

  • Influence and own pieces of prioritizing product features and effective quarterly roadmap planning across regulated user and API interfaces
  • Partner closely with engineering, research, BIA, strategy, legal and operations to define product strategy and requirements, create strategic and impactful products, and ensure successful product launches
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to launch, iteration, and end-of-life
  • Engage users to regularly collect feedback and understand product adoption
  • Establish key metrics, monitor and report on the progress of the product roadmap


What You’ll Need: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience building/shipping regulated, safety related product
  • BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent
  • Experience leading launches of regulated, safety related, aviation products across digital and human interfaces through to regulator approval and audit
  • Ability to influence teams of cross functional teams & experts in a collaborative environment including building consensus across tech and non technical teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to a range of audiences

The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

Salary Range

$128,000$234,000 USD
