This is your chance to define a new product category. As our Lead PM for Workflows & Case Manager, you'll own the human-in-the-loop intelligence layer that sits atop our AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, used by banks and fintechs to investigate fraud, manage AML compliance, and make critical risk decisions in real-time.

You'll own the products that bridge AI and human intelligence. Your workflows and case management tools are where rubber meets road—where sophisticated ML models become actionable insights for fraud investigators, compliance officers, and risk analysts.

• Dynamic workflow orchestration that adapts to changing fraud patterns and regulatory requirements

• Intelligent case management that gets the right alerts to the right investigators instantly

• AI-powered case insights, including link analysis, timeline reconstruction, and risk scoring

• Real-time collaboration tools for complex investigations requiring multiple teams

• Automated compliance reporting that turns investigations into audit-ready documentation

You'll spend your time understanding how elite risk teams work—what makes a fraud investigator successful, how AML officers prioritize cases, what compliance teams need for regulatory reporting. Then you'll design elegant solutions that make them 10x more effective.

Your features directly impact billions in protected assets and thousands of prevented fraud attempts daily.

• 5+ years building B2B SaaS products, ideally in risk operations, compliance tech, or workflow automation

• AI-first mindset: You leverage GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI) for discovery, prototyping, and user research synthesis

• Data-driven execution: You define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to validate product decisions

• Customer obsessed: You conduct user interviews, shadow risk analysts, and translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive product experiences

• Experience with risk orchestration workflows, case management, or compliance automation

• Knowledge of Fraud, AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, or similar regulatory frameworks (bonus)

• Understanding of enterprise security tools, SIEM platforms, or investigative software (bonus points)

• 0→1 builder who can define product strategy and execute without extensive guidance

• Technical curiosity about AI/ML capabilities and how to productize them effectively

• Collaboration superpowers with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams

• Startup velocity mindset—you ship fast, learn quickly, and iterate based on customer feedback

You'll help define "AI Risk Decisioning" as a product category. Today's risk management tools are fragmented point solutions. You're building the unified platform that becomes the industry standard.

• Work with proprietary AI agents that understand financial crime patterns

• Build on real-time streaming infrastructure (sub-100ms response times)

• Integrate advanced ML models for behavioral biometrics and cognitive identity

• Design no-code workflow builders that empower business users

• Shadow fraud investigators to understand their mental models and decision-making processes

• Partner with compliance teams to map regulatory requirements to product features

• Run user interviews with risk analysts across different institutions and use cases

• Leverage GenAI tools to synthesize research findings and generate insights faster

• Use ChatGPT/Claude to draft PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications

• Prototype with AI tools to validate concepts before engineering investment

• Automate feedback analysis from customer calls and user research sessions

• Generate test scenarios for complex risk decision workflows

• Define success metrics for case resolution time, investigation accuracy, and user satisfaction

• Run A/B tests on workflow designs and case prioritization algorithms

• Analyze usage patterns to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities

• Build feedback loops between product usage and AI model performance
