Job Summary

Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the development and performance of a product line from conception to delivery. This includes conducting market research, creating product specifications, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and analyzing sales data and profitability to ensure product success.
Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying product opportunities and translating customer and market needs into product specifications to drive new product development programs
Conduct market research and voice of the customer to identify customer needs and trends
Create and manage product development plans and product roadmaps
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create and refine product prototypes
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product improvements
Create and manage product marketing and branding strategies
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create pricing strategies and sales forecasts
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and potential areas for growth
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product performance and improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
