What is this opportunity?

As a Product Manager at Eleos Health you will work cross-functionally to take products from conception to launch. You will connect the technical, clinical and business worlds in order to break down complex problems and drive impact to the company’s strategic initiatives. You’ll be a primary domain owner. You will be a product domain owner, reporting to the CTO.

You are a strategic, impact-oriented Product Manager who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments. You are deeply curious, eager to understand both user needs and technical constraints, and love turning complexity into clarity. You are passionate about building technology that solves real-world problems, especially in healthcare or mission-driven fields.

You’re experienced in navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions without full certainty. You're comfortable working across disciplines, engineering, data science, sales, and clinical teams, and you bring sharp communication skills to align stakeholders around clear product strategies.

You care about outcomes more than output. You are data-savvy and user-obsessed, and you want to help build tools that make clinicians more effective and patients better supported.

How will you contribute?
  • Lead the end-to-end research, development, rollout, and optimization of new products in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
  • Own product strategy within a key domain, balancing net-new innovation with scaling existing product lines.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs that align with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, and sales to bring high-impact solutions to market.
  • Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
  • Champion market education efforts to support new product adoption.
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
  • Experience working with data science or AI/ML-driven products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong product intuition paired with executional excellence.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Some nice to haves are:
  • Experience in healthtech or behavioral health domains.
  • Background in user research or human-centered design.
  • Exposure to startup environments and scaling product teams.

  • The base pay range for this position is $130,000-170,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
