In this role, you will:
  • Review and evaluate pricing exception requests in a high-volume environment for Margin and Securities-Based loans
  • Monitor key pricing reports and perform deep-dive reviews to identify outliers
  • Partner with compliance, credit policy, and operations, sales team and field leadership
  • Participate in control checks, exception reviews, and remediation analysis
  • Present recommendations to resolve more complex situations and exercise independent judgment
  • Adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • An analytical mindset and comfort working with spreadsheets, data tools, and reporting
  • Experience in securities-based lending and familiarity with different interest rate indexes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational strength to manage high volumes without losing accuracy
  • A respectful team mindset and comfort collaborating in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently apply rules-based pricing and document rationale clearly
  • Escalate complex situations with clear and concise detail
  • Manage multiple requests with accuracy and timely follow-through
  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability and proactive learning
