We have a dynamic opportunity for a Product Manager. WEG is a quickly growing company focused on delivering customer intimacy at scale via comprehensive financial planning. This role is responsible for envisioning, documenting, and delivering process and technology solutions to deliver world class employee support to our advisor teams. You will evaluate technologies, strategize with stakeholders, and interface with IT Engineering and IT Support Operations to create value for your internal and external customers.

The salary target for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus.

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

Product Innovation – Develop, Own, and Execute the Product Roadmap

  • Builds consensus with senior leadership regarding the strategy for the product; develops and communicates a clear strategic vision; creates the product roadmap, features, and user stories at a detailed level

  • Evaluate and document business process and technology solutions to complex business problems

  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand requirements

  • Reduce cycle time to delivery and improve cost to value for development activities

  • Lead deployment activities to drive understanding and adoption of solutions

  • Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement

Agile product team – Lead and support proactive adoption of agile process

  • Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, scrum, demos, and retrospectives

  • Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset

  • Evaluate and provide feedback on agile adoption within the team and organization

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to eliminate knowledge gaps

  • Mentor members of product team

Business Leaders and Teams – Build subject matter expertise in diverse set of solutions

  • Build relationships with stakeholders from business lines; Advisor Teams, Advisor Services, Advisor Team Operations, Operations, Central Services, and Back Office Teams.

  • Partner Executive Leadership Team to prioritize the needs of our end users while creating a cohesive strategy for our suite of technology solutions.

  • Partner with LOB Managers to improve operational processes and improve end user experience with enterprise employee support

  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts and develop scope and business clarity necessary to deliver on strategic outcomes

  • Improve end user satisfaction with employee support tools and support operations.

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics, technology or related

  • 5+ years in Financial Services or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years BA, Development, or other related technology experience preferred

  • Experience with Agile development preferred

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Salesforce experience required

  • Familiarity with Jira preferred
