PrizePicks, the leading DFS and Predictions Markets platform known for its fun and engaging yet simple product, and a thriving community, is seeking a superstar Product Manager to be an integral part of our Rewards Product Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, technology, promotions, and have a strong product management background. Experience with customer rewards programs is a major plus.

What you’ll do:
  • Strategize: 
    • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve tools to drive efficient reward spend
    • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to create comprehensive, impactful roadmaps
  • Execute:
    • Execute on our team’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap
    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
    • Define and execute on technical requirements, launch strategy, and overall vision of the product.
  • Collaborate:
    • Work closely with engineers, designers, and a variety of stakeholder groups to define, build, and iterate on a best-in-class user experience.
    • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to devise our reinvestment strategy
  • Learn:
    • Deeply understand the Prediction and DFS rewards space.
    • Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
    • Partner closely with acquisition experts to grow your skill set.
  • Grow:
    • Our team is growing rapidly. We want you to want to grow with it.
What you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
  • A proven track record of building products customers love.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, such as Braze
  • Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong product discovery and strategic critical thinking skills.
  • Self-driven ambition with a sense of urgency and a knack for taking audibles in stride and adapting in a high-paced environment.
  • A constant desire to learn.
What makes you stand out:
  • Experience with loyalty and/or rewards programs
  • Experience in the sports/gaming industry and/or a power user of the industry’s products.
  • Experience working closely with Marketing and Revenue teams
  • Experience working with CRM tools and data products
  • Obsessive about something. We obviously love sports, but maybe it’s something else for you. What makes you tick? (Being a big sports-head definitely helps too).

  • The ability to work with and define ambiguity.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully taking products from 0 → 1.

Where you’ll live:
  • While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote

The typical salary range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges. The compensation info you see on our job postings gives you an idea of the starting pay range for the position. Your actual pay within that range will depend on your specific work location, as well as your skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will be happy to chat more about the specific pay range for your location and how we arrived at it during the hiring process.
