Your Impact
The Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large cross-functional and/or highly complex products. The main vision is to p rovide a seamless and efficient transition from order capture/modification to fulfillment while delivering the details to the fulfillment location required to create shipments.
Responsibilities include defining the roadmap as well as planning and managing products and product features through the product development process. Finally, the role manages multiple product designs at any given time while partnering closely with the business to understand pain points and develop the go-to-market strategy.

This position is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision and direction for the product, with support from product leaders.
  • Finalize the directional path by focusing on product value delivered in line with objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Drive product execution through a proactive cross-functional approach with relevant teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in product and/or experience management
  • Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
