The Opportunity
Flock Safety Mobile app is one of the core experiences at Flock, combining various other products and services into one user centric experience. This role is an opportunity to craft mobile first experiences, while maintaining the “better together” story across the entire product stack. This role will be weighing opportunities to build mobile experiences that accelerate workflows to help eliminate crime and build safer cities. This product has already gone 0 to 1, so this role will be highly focused on 1 to N.
How you'll make an impact:
Be the voice of the customer- be an advocate for our users by talking to them and understanding their unique needs, how they use Flock, and how we can make their lives easier.
Be a close partner to our Customer Success team, helping us deepen our partnership with our customers
Advocate for modern mobile user experience that do not cause user friction
Build the Mobile Product roadmap, with a focus on mobile centric experiences that demonstrate congruency with other product teams that span multiple verticals
Work collaboratively across the organization, The ability to bridge communication gaps between teams are crucial for successful product development.
Research market and competitive trends to help inform the product roadmap
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end mobile product experience — ensure the mobile app represents the best, modern mobile experience in the market.
Prioritize and plan mobile development — maintain a clear roadmap of the mobile suite that spans use cases for multiple verticals that directly impact the business.
Conduct ongoing customer interviews and discovery — source and validate product assumptions to gain deep empathy and understanding of customer needs
Partner cross-functionally with Success, Marketing, Product/Design, and Engineering to Product’s functionality and message is aligned across the Product suite
The Skillset
Overall 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, with 3+ years focusing on leading native mobile apps (iOS/Android). Bonus: experience with consumer products
Proven ability to plan and manage complex, cross-functional projects without direct authority.
Skilled at identifying user pain points, driving product discovery, and translating insights into clear requirements and workflows.
Proven track record of shipping high-impact, user-centric product and end-to-end feature launches
Customer empathy — constantly thinking how the customer perceives the end-to-end solution.
Confident communicator able to challenge assumptions and push for clarity across teams.
Strong curiosity with analytical skills to support decisions with data and customer insight

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $130,000-$170,000 as well as stock options
