Role Overview

As our Lead-to-Cash Product Manager, you’ll be at the center of building the operational backbone that powers our rapid growth. In this role, you’ll design and optimize the systems and processes that drive revenue—from the moment a lead is captured to the final invoice. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and Engineering to ensure our L2C motion is seamless, automated, and built for scale. This is a unique opportunity to define our strategy from the ground up and ensure our revenue operations evolve as fast as our business.

This role is open to candidates in New York City or remote workers who are located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) to ensure optimal collaboration.

What You’ll Do
  • Define, build, and own the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes, ensuring seamless alignment across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and more.

  • In concert with the responsible systems teams, develop and maintain a scalable product hierarchy and customer data model to enable accurate quoting, order management, and billing.

  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering to streamline deal workflows, contract management, and revenue recognition.

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of CPQ, CRM, and billing systems, ensuring smooth data flow between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other platforms.

  • Act as the primary business owner for L2C systems and processes, ensuring alignment with GTM motions, pricing strategies, and customer experience goals.

  • Work cross-functionally to automate and standardize pricing, discounting, approvals, and order fulfillment processes.

  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to improve reporting accuracy and reduce tech debt.

  • Develop a roadmap for continuous process improvement, balancing scalability with flexibility as the company grows.

  • Monitor and measure the performance of Lead-to-Cash workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and automation.

  • Ensure that our L2C capabilities evolve alongside the business, supporting rapid iteration on pricing, packaging, and new sales motions.

What You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in building Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, and/or Order-to-Cash processes in global companies, with expertise in process design and system implementation.

  • Strong background in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.

  • Strong background working with Product Hierarchy, Customer Master Data Management (CMDM), and Order Management Systems.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, Engineering, and RevOps to drive scalable solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.

  • Experience leading process transformation efforts in high-growth environments, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

  • Deep familiarity with data governance, reporting, and compliance considerations (e.g., SOX, ASC 606, SOC 2, GDPR).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements.

Bonus Points
  • Experience implementing CPQ, billing, or ERP integrations (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe).

  • Background in subscription billing models, pricing optimization, or revenue operations.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud).

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup with evolving GTM strategies.

Compensation Range
