Position: Product Manager, Internal Tools & Fleet Planning
Compensation Range: 130-160k + annual bonus eligible
Location: Remote Eligible. However, we are headquartered in Washington, DC, where we come together Tuesday through Thursday and work remotely Monday and Friday.

Your Mission:
You will own and grow the internal-facing digital tools that our teams rely on to operate at scale—planning, forecasting, reporting, and managing EV fleet assets. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and engineers to turn process complexity into clear, usable systems that help us work smarter.
You will report to Carlos Romano, Director of Product Management

What You're Responsible For:
- Build scalable internal tools for fleet electrification planning and workflow optimization
- Partnering with Ops, Finance, and Data teams to translate insights and customer feedback into usable product features
- Managing and continuously improving BI surfaces across teams
- Defining shovel-ready requirements in collaboration with engineering
- Rapidly iterating and digitizing internal processes, products and MVPs into high-impact tools with clear user value
Who You Are:
- You are experienced (4+ years) in product management for internal tools, operations platforms, or data-rich systems
- You know how to simplify complexity for internal users
- You are comfortable using BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau or Power BI
- You have hands-on experience with an IPaaS platform such as Boomi, Workato, or Mulesoft
- You have a strong command of SQL and can write your own queries
- You thrive working directly with engineers and analysts to scope detailed requirements
- You have strong instincts for identifying & creating solutions for pain points in workflows and can prioritize ruthlessly based on business value
- You are excited by the idea of building from zero to one with rapid feedback loops
