About the Role

Your Mission
Your mission is to make our financial and operational systems integrated, reliable, and user-friendly. You will report into Carlos Romano, Director of Product Management

- Managing end-to-end projects for system upgrades, feature rollouts, or integrations—including sandbox testing, UAT, documentation, and change management
- Scoping and delivering integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., IPaaS), or vendor tools (e.g., expense automation, AP platforms)
- Supporting vendor relationships for NetSuite and third-party tools, ensuring SLAs, support, and renewals are aligned with internal priorities
- Training and supporting users across departments as systems or processes evolve
Who You Are:
- You bring 4+ years of experience in product management, business systems ownership, or ERP administration with at least 2+ years with NetSuite implementation.
- You are hands-on with NetSuite, with experience in administration, customization, user management, and system optimization
- You have a strong understanding of operational workflows, including accounting operations, sales, procurement, reporting, audit, and compliance needs
- You balance systems-level thinking with day-to-day execution, you can zoom out to design a future-state process and zoom in to fix a broken approval workflow
- You are comfortable working across functions, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- You’ve worked with or overseen integrations across tools like EPR’s, CRM, procurement, or banking platforms
- You have familiarity with tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, Figma, and Confluence for process mapping, backlog grooming, and documentation
