As a Product Manager II - Client Solutions, you’ll blend strategic product leadership with the operational coordination necessary to support client-facing development initiatives. This role is responsible for working with clients to shape the product roadmap for their Alkami digital banking solution, guiding successful feature development, managing cross-team programs, and ensuring effective communication and alignment between internal teams and clients. You'll play a pivotal role in maximizing product impact and client value while ensuring alignment with Alkami best practices. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Product Services within the Product Management organization.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution

  • Work with clients to define, manage and evolve a development roadmap for their Alkami digital banking solution.

  • Launch complex product features from concept to release, working closely with clients to understand their needs and with internal partners to ensure requirements are well defined.

  • Guide and mentor junior product team members across multiple geographic locations.

  • Follow Alkami product development standards.

Program Management and Internal Collaboration

  • Lead regular client engagement routines to drive and refine the client roadmap, build actionable plans, report on progress and address issues that arise.

  • Act as the primary liaison across internal teams (engineering, architecture, support, implementation) to align priorities and timelines for client development work, including managing dependencies across teams.

  • Balance collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to define feature expectations and support implementations.

  • Develop and track program metrics and resource allocation.

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or program management in a SaaS or fintech environment.

  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex software products.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and client-facing programs.

  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

  • Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Desired

  • Familiarity with UML standards, LucidChart, and technical documentation.

  • Knowledge of client implementation workflows in fintech or B2B SaaS.

  • Product owner or team leadership experience is a plus.

  • Works across teams to improve story writing and coaches other product managers to write more effective stories

The salary range for this position is: $119,641 - $179,462Cool Things to Know
