Position Title: Product Manager I (P3)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Product Manager who combines strong product ownership execution with strategic vision and roadmap leadership. This role will support either the tower organization across our value chain, working on strategic initiatives in-flight as well as working on roadmap and strategy development for the future OR the enterprise corporate applications across Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, HRIS, and Legal/CLM, working on strategic initiatives in-flight as well as working on roadmap and strategy development for the future.

This role is responsible for defining product strategy, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products. All products support our internal teammates across the organization (not B2B or B2C).

You will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels - owning the long-term product direction while managing day-to-day product backlog execution in close collaboration with engineering, design, data management and business stakeholders within your value chain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Translate product vision into actionable, detailed requirements (user stories) that define "what" is being built.
  • Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on the product strategy and requirements to ensure the most valuable features are developed first.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders (users, customers, business units) and the technical team to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Adjust priorities based on changes, feedback, and new information to keep the product competitive or relevant for users/customers
  • Uses, quantitative and qualitative data to validate features, optimize user experience (UX), and boost customer retention/useability
  • Communicates with stakeholders (marketing, sales, engineering, learning, etc) to align on launch timelines/go-lives and strategy.
  • Partner with product research & design to conduct user research, feedback sessions, discovery sessions to identify areas of opportunity for the product(s)
  • Define success metrics and measurable outcomes for sprints, finished product features, and product performance metrics to inform future investment and strategy adjustments

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related fields
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner with hands-on ownership of product backlog, prioritization, and delivery execution.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar systems, supporting large-scale business and operational workflows AND/OR experience working with enterprise ERP and HRIS platforms—such as Workday, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, or similar systems—supporting Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and HR functions.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully building and launching products or features.
  • Strong decisiveness to make tough calls on feature prioritization and trade-offs.
  • Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and maintaining a product backlog.
  • Strong understanding of technology and how it supports product delivery, including familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in the Telecom, Tower or REIT industry
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred

WHERE YOU WILL WORK 

This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 1-day work from home (typically Friday but may vary depending on the position) and 4-days in the office to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement, and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $113100 - $155500 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
