About the RoleAs a Product Manager for Financial Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and roadmap for critical financial applications that underpin our operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Systems Product, you will drive initiatives that automate end-to-end financial processes, enhance data quality, and provide robust reporting and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, deep functional expertise in Finance and Oracle ERP systems and processes, and a passion for delivering scalable solutions that directly impact business value.
- Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a diverse portfolio of financial systems and processes enabling Procure-to-Pay, Master Data Management, Financial Transaction Processing, and Reporting & Analytics (with a strong focus on Procurement, Accounts Payable, and T&E with the ability to stretch into additional areas such as Revenue, General Ledger and Fixed Assets).
- Drive Business Impact: Identify opportunities, develop compelling business cases based on relevant data, and define clear goals (OKRs) for initiatives that automate processes and support strategic business objectives.
- Exploratory Product Activities & AI: Lead discovery and exploratory product activities to identify new capabilities and innovation opportunities, particularly leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance financial processes, improve insights, and drive efficiency.
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment, coordination, and successful execution across all involved teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Merchandising, Technology, and Business Operations to understand complex business problems and pain points, facilitate design discussions, and secure alignment on solutions. - End-to-End Solution Delivery: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, articulate use cases, and oversee the agile execution and delivery of high-impact product experiences.
- Data Integrity & Scalability: Advocate for decisions that prioritize long-term benefits, maintain a data-first mindset, and ensure the development of resilient and scalable financial architectures.
- Communication & Influence: Effectively communicate the product roadmap, vision, and progress to all stakeholders, from project teams to senior leadership.
- Have 8+ years of product management experience in financial consulting, accounting, finance, or similar roles, specifically focused on supporting or managing financial systems applications.
- Possess deep functional expertise in Oracle ERP and Supply Chain applications. Retail and eCommerce experience is strongly preferred.
- Have a strong understanding of core finance processes, including accounting practices, monthly close, financial reporting and forecasting, and SOX controls.
- Are passionate about automating end-to-end business processes and integrating financial systems with broader enterprise applications.
- Demonstrate exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate design and end-to-end process analysis, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity.
- Are a strategic and data-driven thinker with high business acumen, capable of quickly grasping complex financial, business, and technical concepts.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT/computer science, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
